Why Forma
We want you to buy less, and love it longer.
Forma began with a frustration everyone shares: millions of us shop online, yet nobody can see how a shirt from one retailer will actually sit with jeans from another. So we guess, we over-order, we return what we can, and the rest sits unworn until it is thrown away.
The problem
Fast fashion is fast because nothing lasts in the wardrobe.
Clothing is produced faster and cheaper than at any point in history, and an enormous share of it ends its life in landfill within a couple of years. The pollution is downstream of a simple failure: people buy pieces that do not fit their body, do not suit their days, and do not combine with anything else they own.
Buying better is not about willpower. It is about being able to see the decision clearly before you make it.
What we are building
One platform to build, visualise and shop complete outfits.
Our MVP lets you upload screenshots of the pieces you're browsing and instantly see a realistic preview of the complete outfit on a personalised avatar built from your measurements. From there, Forma helps you assemble a capsule: a compact wardrobe of pieces that fit your form, fit your lifestyle, and get worn often.
It works the same for men and women, because the problem is a fit and pairing problem, not a gendered one.
What we stand for
Fit before trend
A garment that does not fit your proportions is waste in advance. The form comes first, always.
Brand agnostic
We do not care where a piece comes from. Nike, Levi's, a small label — if it works with your capsule, it belongs.
Wear count over cart count
We measure success by how often something is worn, not how much is bought.
Honest previews
The render shows the outfit as it will look on you, not on a model two sizes away from your body.
